RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
This return policy applies in the Netherlands.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it. Products can be easily returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the carrier. This applies whether you are dissatisfied with the products or have received a defective item. Customers are REQUIRED to send us an email to request the return address, as it is not available elsewhere.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Please note: The use of a tracking number (Track & Trace) for returns is mandatory so that both you and we can track the shipment. No Track & Trace means no refund!
Please note: Only products in NEW CONDITION can be returned; we reserve the right to refuse a return if there are signs of use. NEW means unopened products in their original packaging and products that have never been used. Promotional products cannot be returned.
If defective or incorrect products are received, we ask the customer to send photos as evidence. Once we receive the images and the complaint is confirmed, we will send a replacement product to the customer at no extra cost.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive your refund within 7 days via the payment method used for the order.
We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with applicable legal requirements.
At Norativ, we always strive to achieve the best results. We want to inform you about our return policy. With us, you have the opportunity to return all products within 14 days after receiving your order. This gives you enough time to assess whether the product meets your expectations. Refunds are processed within 7 days after receiving the return.
However, we are obligated to charge the return shipping costs to the customer in order to offer our products at very low prices. This means that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The average return costs vary between €15 and €30 per product. We would like to emphasize that our products are shipped from different countries, and the return costs must also be paid to those countries. Additionally, administrative fees may apply, which are also the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: It is not possible to cancel an order, as orders are processed immediately.
